Hi, I’m Johanna! aka The Soul Gardener


I have traversed through many challenging chapters of my life, that required different versions of me, and this led to me moving further and further away from my true nature, towards burn out, chronic stress, inflammation, and eventually a diagnoses of Chron’s disease.

Before fully embracing an anti inflammatory lifestyle I would ping pong from one doctor’s office to another, and without a formal diagnoses I would push through my symptoms trying to maintain a ‘normal life’, because I felt like I could never rest.

Blood test, after blood test doctors told me my body was inflamed, but they had no answers as to why, nor solutions of how to ease my discomfort. They labeled me as a ‘stressed mother’, which just left me feeling incapable. With no answers I had to learn how to heal myself.

Even though I’ve gained many certifications in holistic therapies during my recovery, what I’ve learnt about healing, fulfilment and love, I learned from over 15 years of real life experience of cycling round the journey of what I call ‘self recovery’, and through a lot of trial and error!

I got completely lost in my discomfort - I don’t want you to get to this point, or stay stuck there.

I’ve navigated through (and continue to navigate) this journey, and now I’m honoured I get to share what I know with other souls, just like you.

  2. If your application is accepted I will then send you an invoice, once payment is received I will then get you set up and ready to start on your journey to a more vibrant you.

    For 30 days I'll be tending to a structured group space held on whats app, places will be limited to avoid further overwhelm!
