It's a highly transformative 6-month programme combining the power of journaling with the personalised attention of 1:1 coaching, in which you’ll meet yourself where you are and make intentional steps towards to your souls needs that are whispering – or possibly shouting – for your attention.

  • 01 - ORIENTATION

    In module one, you’ll be getting clear about why you are here and what the journey of Back To You is all about.

    Then you'll learn the importance of being honest about where you are starting this journey from, which will inform in which direction you will need to head over the next 6 months to start orientating yourself towards your truth.

  • 02 - SELF acknowledgment

    In module two, you will learn all about true self care, and hopefully get a clearer understanding of how you maybe be abandoning yourself.

    You will start to get clearer around what you need to start taking responsibility for and who the woman you are becoming actually is.

  • 03 - SELF AWARENESS & your true north

    In Module three you will learn more about becoming self aware and how to do an emotional check in.

    I’ll also teach you more about the role your emotions play in the journey of self recovery and living a purposeful life. Then you will set the direction towards your True North.

  • 04 - TRUST

    In module four you will learn how to restore self trust - in yourself, your body and your creative path.

    I share my beliefs with regards to fulfilling your purpose in life and I’ll teach I you more about the link between meeting your needs and self trust, and how in doing so you can create a optimum space for yourself to bloom within.

  • 05 - BELIEVE

    In module five you’ll learn about how to regain hope and how you can start to nurture the belief in yourself again.

    I’ll teach you more about how to prioritise yourself, the woman you are becoming, your time and energy.

    Then we’ll learn more about the importance of identifying your non negotiables.

  • 06 - EMBODY

    In module six, you’ll be learning how to put everything you have learnt about self recovery and restoration into practice.

    I'll be showing you how to embody a way of being and how to be more compassionate with yourself.

    Then you'll be learning all about the cycle of Self Recovery and how to work out your next best step.

Hi, I’m Johanna! aka The Soul Gardener

After years of battling with self doubt and cycling round the journey of ‘self discovery’, in search of my most authentic self, a path that lead me to repeated burn outs and feeling like I was broken - I had no choice but to make some drastic changes!

I was so tired of feeling like I would never ‘find myself’, like I was falling behind and still looking for outside validation.

I had no choice but to change direction and follow my own path.

And I haven’t looked to ‘the light’ since!

I created this program because I 100% believe that you have all the answers you need to live your soul led life.

    6 x 60 minute calls.

    Every Tuesday during office hours, I will look at your Soul Gardening Manual and deliver you personalised feedback either via a Loom video or a comment.

  • The big question.

    It is up to you how much time you dedicate to this work.

    I suggest setting aside an hour each week to watch the module and complete the soul work, there are six modules.

    There are a few tasks within the Soul Work that will require more time and energy to complete.

    I will also suggest ‘homework’ for you to action depending on your needs.

    Ultimately it is up to you and the time you feel you need to go deeper into the work.
